A single, secure platform for running automations for agency clients. First workload: context-aware automatic replies to Google Maps reviews. The priorities are explicit — near-zero monthly cost, security with no open ports, one-command setup, and growing from 1 to 20 clients without changing the architecture.

What I built

  1. 01n8n in queue mode: separate main, worker and isolated task runner
  2. 02No open ports: Cloudflare Tunnel + Access, TOTP MFA via Authelia
  3. 03PostgreSQL 16 + Redis 7; NocoDB UI for per-client config
  4. 04Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Uptime Kuma
  5. 05Secrets with SOPS + age, backups with restic to Backblaze B2
  6. 06Workflows live in git; deployed via PRs with GitHub Actions
